Humble spot close to downtown palm springs. Was here for work and the unit had enough space for me to work and relax after. Michael was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly.

This place was incredible. Very spacious, great atmosphere and just so peaceful. The location was near many restaurants and night life. Michael the host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice place for a little getaway! The host, Michael was very kind and responded promptly when needed. They had 2 smart tv which made us to like the place more! (one in the bedroom and 1 in the living room, how awesome)The bed was comfortable and bedsheet was so soft and clean, the restroom seemed new and clean as well. The location is also nice , only about 5 mins drive to DT. To be honest, did not expect much but it was beyond our expectation.

Beautiful house with a great swimming pool and close to downtown.The house is really nice and has everything you might need. Communication with Michael is quick and easy.Definitely a place we would go back to next time we are in town.

Michael is wonderful to deal with. My wife and I made a last-minute reservation the same day and he was very prompt to reply. We really love the vibe of the place from the location to the property to the room and decor. We enjoyed a couple hours by the pool before we left. We will definitely be back! Note- if your in rooms #12-19 park in the spaces on E Avenida Palmera and you will be right near your room.

Such a beautiful stay! The room was a great size and very clean. The pool has a perfect view of the mountains. Very epic! One thing to note, is there so a fee if you are checking in early or want to be by the pool before checkin ($75), so we had to hang out and do some work in our car before we could go in. This is a bit different than a hotel, so just something to note when you are planning your trip. Don’t get there too early! Overall, such an amazing stay. Would go back!

Michael is very attentive and checked on us all the time to make sure we have everything we needed during our stay. Great communication. The space is very clean and quiet. There's a heated pool and hot tub which is very private. The only suggestion I would make is for a bigger screen tv. Other than that, we enjoyed our little weekend getaway in Palm Spring. Highly recommended!!

Very responsive, the unit was as described. Cute modern minimalist furnishings with a retro vibe in the kitchenette. Cooking staples were there-salt, pepper, olive oil though I wish there were a few more spices and condiments. Also had nice bath towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. I would def stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Super cute, cozy, quiet and had amazing amenities! The location was great, downtown was only a few minutes away and everything within a 5 minute driving distance. Michael was very attentive and made sure I had everuthing I needed. I would definitely come back!

Michael is a great host, super responsive and pro active, reaching out to check in. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen has everything you will need for an extended stay. Internet is good enough for those of you who will need to work and take video conference calls. Very nice pools and surroundings but as mentioned in other reviews, the property is undergoing a change over and a significant amount of construction is happening with workers on the site during the day, it can tend to get loud.
