Do we get the whole property to ourselves?
Yes. Every booking is the entire villa and its pool. The 23BR is a buyout of the complete estate; the 12BR is its front half booked on its own.
How far is downtown Palm Springs?
Magnolia and Desert Modern are walking distance from downtown. The estate and the 11BR are in south Palm Springs, a few minutes away by car.
